David L. Carrasco students, enrolled in the Protective Services course through El Paso Community College participated in their first graduation ceremony. Thirteen students earned certificates of completion at the October graduation ceremony.
David L. Carrasco Job Corps Center’s Student Government Association and members of the Alumni Association hosted a canned food and toy drive. Several cases of food items and new toys were donated to Operation Hope and Operation Santa Claus. The donated items were distributed through the El Paso Fire Department o need families.
