New Haven Job Corps Center students “pay it forward” this holiday season.  From collecting Toys for Tots, to singing carols at a local senior living facility, including baking cookies and gingerbread houses for the community,   students are hard at work making everyone’s spirit bright.  Students in every trade also participated in sending holiday cards to the local Veteran’s Administration Hospital for distribution.  The students, some writing personal holiday well wishes, signed over 300 holiday greetings – in both English and Spanish.  “I just love giving back,” says Rashiem Thigpen, SGA Sargent of Arms.  “It is what the holidays are all about!”
