The Montgomery Job Corps Center recently hosted Thanksgiving Dinner for roughly twenty five senior citizens within the job corps community. This is an annual celebration for all of our community volunteers as well as the seniors within our community. Some of the seniors were also recipients of the harvest from our center garden. The community volunteers were served by the Center Director, Mr. Frank Coiro as well as the Management Team. Mrs. Minerva Williams (96), stated that she really looked forward to this event and left inspired about the future of our youth.” It’s just nice to be nice and I can’t thank you all enough for remebering us at this time. It means the world to me”. The staff and students enjoyed this event and were just as excited to host.
