Woodstock Job Corps Center: Mentoring Men for Success

Students  for the Mentoring  Men for Success Program went to Arundel Community College on June 28, 2010,  for a business and dining etiquette class led by Chef Williams and Chef Lamont.  Woodstock students learned about how to effectively use eye contact, proper dress to reflect ones personal marketing strategy, and the importance of leaving an employer with a positive feeling.

Chef Williams taught the students how to fold a napkin, properly use a napkin, arrange a place setting , use a utensil, and what utensil to use for the proper meal. The students were chaperoned by Woodstock staff  Ms. Edison and Ms. Richards.
