On Tuesday, February 2, 2016, Grad 90 students spent the day “shadowing” the staff at
Exceed Corporation for Groundhog Job Shadow Day. Exceed Corporation offers a broad range of management, analytical and technical services to the federal government and private sector.

Kenneth Russell, Demonte Douglas, Kayla Garris, Craig Slaughter and Nicholas Ballard represented the center very well. They met with the company’s President Rossalynn Abbott and staff from every division to include the Business, Finance and Contracts, Human Resources, Administration and Business Solutions departments. The entire staff took a group photograph with the students.

Throughout the day, the students met with the workplace mentors from each department to discuss how their division contributes to the overall mission of the organization. This is one job shadow experience that they will remember long after they transition from the center.
