Family and Friends Day” – Student Government Association had a vision brought back from Camp Horizon in the spring. The students wanted to find a way to say “Thank you” to all that make the program work. From governmental officials representing Senator Ben Cardin, Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger, Congresswoman Donna Edwards, Congressman Chris Van Hollen, and Councilwoman Valerie Nicholas to family and friends. The day was filled with fun, food and acknowledgements. What a positive way to celebrate 50 years of Job Corps.
