The CPP and BCL Departments teamed up to recruit for students at the Department of Juvenile Services (Metro Region) 2nd Annual Community Resource Fair at the Upper Marlboro Court House.
The objective of the fair was to provide information and resources to youth and families, the Honorable Circuit Court Judges, attorneys, and community partners in Prince George’s County. As an exhibitor, Woodland was able to distribute literature and answer questions concerning their center’s resources and services.
“Ms. Crawford and I are committed to enhancing recruitment on our center. Our message to our potential students is simple your “Career Starts Here,” stated Ms. Brown, BCL.
Both departments look forward to their next outreach event at Frost School and Congresswoman Donna Edwards College Fair in the fall.
