Tyah Woodard

Woodard was recognized by her employer on April 17th for her outstanding work when she was named Signature Healthcare’s Sacred Six Employee of the Month for March.  In a Facebook post on the Signature HealthCARE at Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center page, Woodard was recognized for “always doing your very best and showing great teamwork.”

Woodard completed the Certified Nurse Assistant training program and obtained her high school diploma at Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps on June 13th, 2019 and started working at the Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center less than two weeks later.

In addition to holding a full-time job, Woodard now has her own apartment and car.
