As part of Women’s Month, and for its recruitment effort to attract more young women, Westover hosted an all day Women’s Health and Career Fair on March 10. Young women and their mothers, sisters and friends attended the fair which included demonstrations on gardening, auto care, health screenings and info sessions about Job Corps along with tours. At the conclusion, staff talked about the HEALS program and danced to Beyonce’s Let’s Move.
