TJCC students and staff help young adults “Get A Life!”

TJCC staff and members of the TJCC Wellness Committe and SGA voluneetered at with community partner Albany State University and it’s “Get A Life Maze” project for teenagers.  The “Get A Life!” Maze is an interactive realistic maze for 18 to 25 year olds, the maze is where decisions and choices have life altering consequences. The goal of the maze is to complete school without having an STD, becoming pregnant, getting arrested or dying. This is a simulation game that emphasizes that decisions people make do affect their lives.

Sponsors for the event included  Albany State University, Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Network of Trust, and the Taking Time for Teens: Teen Pregnancy Prevention Coalition.
