An Awe inspiring changed life !!!!

Mr.  Matthew Morton came to Job Corps after living a life on the streets, he encountered hardship.  As he looked out over the audience, he told the other Job Corps students that he made the right decision.

One plan of Matthew’s is to begin an Alcoholics Anonymous program for students. Matthew states the Tulsa Job Corps TEAP Program has assisted him in quitting alcohol, and he is even mending relationships with family members.  Matthew has so many ideas he wants to implement and often states that Job Corps is not perfect but it’s not as bad as if could be. Matthew is such a hard worker; he is a foreman of his trade Building Construction Technology and recently he was elected by the student body to represent them as the Student Government President.

As the President of the Student Government Association, Matthew wants to give back, by making all students feel welcome and heard.

Looking to his future, Matthew has so many pathways, advanced training, college or military, employment and he is weighing all his options, his ultimate goal is to own a plumbing business.
