Martin J. Walsh, Secretary of Labor toured Oklahoma and stopped by Tulsa, Oklahoma to visit the Greenwood Rising Black Wallstreet History Center. Tulsa Job Corps was invited by the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce to tour with the Secretary.  His Boston accent and candor was easily accepted by Oklahomans, the Secretary not only engaged our students, offering words of encouragement for the future, but he shook hands with anyone adjacent to him.  His presence was just simply a joy, not to be overshadowed by the owner/CEO Dr. Anton Bizzell of Tulsa Job Corps who made an appearance and spoke about the history and our own Center Director closed everything with a hearty billowing laughter of praise for our students.  It was a historic and wonderful day, that no one would quickly forget!!!!!
