Pastry Positions Providing Professional Progress

For the second year in a row Chef Huber was asked to send two Advanced Culinary students to a fast-paced apprenticeship of two months duration at the International Creative Pastries Company. After successfully interviewing, Isaac Hansen and Rick Simplice began working in the paid internship positions in October. Along with baking, they decorated  a multitude of desserts during the holiday season. The experience allowed them to develop new skills and gain some overall professional maturity necessary to succeed in the workplace. And more often than not, internships and apprenticeships are great segues into full-time positions. Congratulations for their efforts to succeed in this industry and the beneficial opportunity for all.
