Local UA 562 Recruiting Plumbers & Pipefitters at St. Louis Job Corps

Qualified entry level welders longing to move their careers forward

Jack Reiter, Michael O’Laughlin and Frederick Searcy Jr. from Local UA 562

This is a career where the "Sparks will Fly" and the Sky is the limit based on your skills.

Local UA 562 Plumbers and Pipefitters came to the St. Louis Job Corps Welding program to try to recruit students into their field.   The skills our students learn in Mig, Tig, and stick welding are the first steps in becoming a pipefitter.   Plumbers and Pipefitters earn top wages and the demand for good welders to enter the field is high.   Training at the St. Louis Job Corps in the Welding field is open to males and females ages 16 to 24 and Local UA 562 knows where to find the trained young entry level welder to make it in their field.   That place is the St. Louis Job Corps.
