It is a great day for the first day on the job at BJC’s Queeny Tower construction site in St. Louis’ Central West End as a new Commercial Carpentry Apprentice with the McCarthy Building Company, Inc!!  Mr. Alonte Folks, an August 2022 St. Louis Job Corps graduate, was a tremendous asset to the Center as a student and we know that he will represent us well as an alumnus.  Brian Gray, Carpentry Instructor, is elated with Alonte’s success and was able to spend some time on the construction site with Alonte as he took control of his future.  Alonte, our pride in you runs deep!!
