Kymon Robbs came to Springdale in April of 2014. Originally from Alabama, Kymon moved to Oregon to be closer to family. Not long after arriving in Oregon, Kymon decided it was time to make an investment in his future. He started working with admissions counselor Glenn Williams to explore Job Corps as an option. Kymon entered the Office Administration training program and quickly completed all the certifications and training he could.
Kymon had big plans for his future and knew going to college was a way to jumpstart his success, so he applied and was accepted to the Advanced Career Training program and started classes at Mount Hood Community College. He currently is taking business classes and works part-time at American School of Success, a program that assists people in completing their high school diplomas and high school equivalencies.
Kymon loves the work he does for the school and is excited he can help others reach their goals. “It’s exciting to encourage people to succeed the way Sprigndale encouraged me to succeed!” We are proud to be part of Kymon’s journey to success!
