Students and staff at Springdale focus on health and wellness on a daily basis. From contests such as the Biggest Loser to the removal of trans fats from the menu, every effort is made to ensure that life on center is as healthy as it can be.
In October, students and staff participated in a local run. Many had never done a 5K before; others were regular runners. Many of the students placed—two even received first in their age group!
It was a great way to continue our involvement in the community and boost self confidence!
