On Monday the 10th, Springdale will graduate two Protective Services students already employed by Job One USA. Dalton Cummings and Leigh Hunt, who have both been enrolled at Springdale for nearly two years, will join 14 other Springdale graduates who have been hired by Job One USA in the last three years. Not only does Job One USA hire Springdale’s graduates, but they promote them as well. Several graduates have moved into supervisory positions at Job One USA. In addition, Job One USA is one of Springdale’s strongest Work Based Learning sites, offering students quality training with high expectations in a nurturing environment. In the past year, six of Springdale’s Protective Services students have had the benefit of Job One’s professional training environment.
Soon-to-be-graduate Leigh Hunt states that he’s excited to begin his career in the security field at Job One USA. He’s looking forward to “learning from people that have lived the life of a security guard longer than I”, and “gaining the experience to build a career.” Thanks to Job One USA for being such an excellent employer partner!
