Food Service Directors, David Dorsey and Guamaine Graham from Aramark at Fordham University had a productive meeting with our culinary students and Culinary Arts Instructor, Chef Virgil Ballew at the South Bronx Job Corps Academy Trade Show/Job Fair on Tuesday, June 25th. This gathering provided a platform for David and Guamaine to comprehend the curriculum taught and learned by the students. Additionally, the students had the opportunity to understand how their trade skills align with the culinary positions available at Aramark.
