86 District Assemblymember, Yudelka Tapia visited the South Bronx Job Corps Academy, on Friday, May 3rd to receive a tour of the center and speak to the student government association. This included visiting the culinary classroom and talking with students and Instructor, Virgil Ballew (see here). While in the classroom students (see in the back) were already working on projects of creating foods (such as pasta) from scratch.
