Students at Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center participated in the center’s 12th annual Halloween Carnival for Make a Difference Day on October 23. The free event, held at O’Brien Middle School in partnership with the Downtown Sparks Kiwanis Club, featured carnival games, popcorn, a cake walk, face painting, a bounce house, bingo, and a bike riding and safety skills challenge. Approximately 1,000 childen and their parents attended, enjoying Halloween and having fun while staying safe and out of the cold.
