Sierra Nevada’s Culinary and Hotel & Lodging students served up a great meal at the center’s quarterly Community Relations Council Luncheon on August 25, 2011.  The quarterly lunch event provided an opportunity for the community to learn more about the center and its students.  The luncheon also served as a practice venue for the Hospitality students to practice their skills.  The students prepared, cooked and served the entire gourmet-style meal to approximately 70 people from local businesses and community organizations.

The students are looking forward to the next Community Relations Council and another chance to show their skill at dishing out quality food and service.
