Sam Shemwell from Shriver Job Corps

ACSA student, Sam Shemwell started on a WBL assignment at Quiet Logistics through Randstad Staffing Agency in January.  He is originally from Illinois so when the students were all sent home Sam was able to make arrangement to remain in the area during the Spring break to be able to continue working.  This entire experience may very well increase the chance for permanent placement.  WBL coordinator, Ms. Schultz received great feedback with many positive comments from the supervisor during this assignment.  Sam started his trade education at the Paul Simon Chicago Job Corps and completed the Computer Technician trade first then became an AT transfer to Shriver Job Corps for the Advanced Computer Tech trade in May, 2019.
