WBL Paint Students Makeover Benches
Because It was determined that there was a lack of seating in the E&T buildings hall ways, Shriver C.D. Ms. Oneal took it upon herself to find some appropriate benches to install throughout the building. She found these older church pews that were a perfect fit, structurally sound, but they were in need of being re-finished. After consulting with the paint instructor, it was decided that the benches would be sanded down to remove all existing finishes, and re-finished with 3 coats of clear gloss polyurethane to bring them back to original condition. Mr. Basilio from Carpentry also helped out by repairing some of the damaged legs that support the benches.
