The Shreveport Job Corps Center teamed up with Junior Achievement of Northwest Louisiana and AT&T to offer students an opportunity to experience the world of work firsthand for Groundhog Job Shadow Day.  By visiting the AT&T Corporation site, students learned about careers and developed an understanding of the educational expectations required to succeed on the job.  Those students job shadowed in the Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), Wireless, Technical Support, and Small Business department.  Job Shadowing helps students connect their classroom training and employability skills to real life opportunities.
