On Oct. 1, 2012 SJCC Spread the Word on World Day of Bullying Prevention.  It was presented to the students from 10:45 – 1:00 pm in the Jaguarland gym.  Students were encouraged to make and sign a pledge to put an end to bullying, cyber bullying, digital abuse, hatred, racism and STOMP OUT BULLYING everywhere by starting right now, right here at the Shreveport Job Corps Center.  The students pledged that they would assist in preventing any acts of bullying if known by sharing this information with the appropriate staff.  KTAL NEWS 6 Reporter Marquel Sennet and Cameraman Chin were on center to interview the Center Director on Preventing Bullying.
