On Oct. 26, 2012 – Governor Jindal Announces 800 Jobs at Port – the BCL and Career Advisor Sells attended the announcement at the Regional Commerce Center – THEPORT of BENTELER Steel Manufacturer’s locating in Shreveport-Bossier to operate at the Caddo-Bossier Port which will create hundreds of jobs for the area.  The Business Community Liaison had the opportunity to speak to the Governor and introduce herself.  There were a number of local and state representatives in attendance.
