On April 18, 2011 – Biz Camp 2011 Scholarship Banquet was held at 7:00 p.m. in the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel’s River dome.  The BCL Coordinator, WBL Specialist, Center Director, CTS Manager and three (3) former Biz Camp students, Shronda Brandon, Brittani Cartwright and Travis Robinson from last year attended.  The students were asked to serve as meet & greeters for guest as they arrivved for the banquet.  The speaker for the evening Croix Sather spoke to the Biz Camp students on “Dream Big, Act Big and Cross the Finish Line”.  The topic not only applied to the students who wanted to create their own business and become entrepreneurs but to anyone who had  dreams and wanted to see them through.
