Hilton-DoubleTree Hotels’ Youth in Hospitality “Dessert” Competition winner!!

Clayton’s winning dessert will be featured as the “CAREERS@HILTONLIVE – Special Dessert Selection” on the Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops menu during the month of June. Clayton’s photo and bio will be included on the Spencer’s Menu during the month of June. His winning recipe will be featured on the DoubleTree by Hilton San Jose website. Clayton also received a Gift Certificate for dinner for 2 for Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops Restaurant, and “Private Culinary Session” with Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops restaurant Executive Chef.
