County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors appoints San Jose Job Corps’ Business and Community Liaison, David A. Lovato to the Social Services Advisory Commission. BCL, David will be acting in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors by assessing community social service needs, providing policy guidance to the Board of Supervisors and the Social Services Agency, and establishing effective working relationships with community organizations to the Job Corps program.
