On December 9, 2011 the San Jose Job Corps Center hosted it’s annual “Service To Youth Awards” luncheon featuring U-Haul of Fresno as our Employer Partner of the Year.  U-Haul has been working with Job Corps for several years. They hire our students and groom them for great careers within the company.

When running a company it is of utmost importance to find candidates that are highly qualified.  The process of finding quality employees can be a cumbersome process and does not always end with finding the right candidate.  However, thanks to Job Corps’ relentless training, candidates are easily available.

With U-haul and Job Corps working together there is assurance that the right candidates are being placed in the right field. Job Corps has made hiring easier and less frustrating because when hiring a candidate from Job Corps we know that we are getting a highly trained and hard working individual. Through the success of the candidates placed with us we have grown to appreciate the staff of Job Corps and their efforts in finding the perfect candidate for us.

We highly appreciate the recognition given to us for our services however, it would be a shame to leave the staff at Job Corp left unnoticed. Due to their diligence in selecting candidates and finding the perfect career for them we are able to have the privilege of working with the individuals and watching them excel within our company.
