San Jose Job Corps will be hosting the “DoubleTree by Hilton Youth in Hospitality – Dessert Chef” Competition!

Culinary Arts student winner receives:

-Winning dessert will be featured as the “CAREERS@HILTONLIVE – Special Dessert Selection” along with Photo & Bio during the month of June

-Dessert Recipe will be featured on the DoubleTree by Hilton Hilton San Jose Social Media Sites

-Dinner for 2 Gift Certificate for “Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops” Restaurant

-Private Culinary Session” with Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops” Restaurant Chef, Tylor Urias

Culinary student will be provided four (4) DoubleTree Cookies to use in their dessert dish.
Participants will also be allowed 10 min to allow for:

Introduction – Name and brief Bio, Presentation of Dessert with description of ingredients and preparation method, & Judges Tasting
