Coles heads Boys & Girls Club kitchen
As part of a summer paid work-based
learning internship, Dominique Coles served
as chef and kitchen supervisor for the Boys
& Girls Club. Coles prepared meals for children
third grade through middle school for a
summer program, and supervised two high
school students employed there. Coles, who
is enrolled in Culinary Arts, was selected for
the WBL in part because of her Serve Safe certification.
