Bringing in multiple organizations to promote Community Health and Wellness was the objective to actively engage students and staff to demonstrate Health Awareness. By continuing to build community partnerships, it will encourage more sustainable health outcomes.

Another Choice Another Chance, Blood Source, Cares Community Health, Chase Bank, Chicks In Crisis, Child Care Careers, County of Sacramento HIV/STD Prevention, Deliciously Done, GCAM, ICAN Foundation, InAlliance, Department of Rehabilitation (LEAP Program), Lutheran Social Services, Molina Healthcare, Narcotics Anonymous, Planned Parenthood, Right at Home, Sacramento County Nurse Family Partnership, Sacramento Life Center, Sacramento Works, Scrubs Stop, Senior Gleaners, SETA, Shifa Clinic, UC Davis EDAPT, Volunteers of America, WEAVE, Wells Fargo Bank, Women’s Health specialist, MADD, Hospital and Institute, and Sacramento Food Bank.
Flu Shots Administered
Often people with flu symptoms become sick suddenly, appear sick, and feel sick all over there body. The common cold generally consists of runny or stuffy nose, slight fever, and coughing. Students are avoiding illness for the season and a host of students decided to proceed with the flu shot.
The Wellness Center administered an overall total of 85 student flu shots for the season during the Health and Wellness Fair.
