Sacramento Job Corps HVAC, Carpentry trades had an interactive booth at the  Career GPS Fair that was held at Cal Expo. There were eleven industry sectors and 150 exhibitors. The event was presented by Linking Education and Economic Development (LEED), AGC California, Construction Education foundation.

The event had over 5, 000 students from local high Schools  participate in the event where they had an opportunity to navigate there futures. This was a two day event October 13-14, 2011. Job Corps also had an informational booth on how to join Job Corps.
