Students in the Electrical Wiring trade have been earning their keep over the past few weeks.  They have been tirelessly been replacing the sodium vapor sidewalk lights with much more efficient means of illumination.  The lights the shine on the sidewalk will soon not require 220 volts to do their job instead a series of solar panels and batteries will provide the power needed to light the paths with LEDs.
