Staff and students attending a second trout stocking event with the PA Fish and Boat Commission on Thursday, May 12. Additionally, the students were able to view and hear about a biological study being conducted on brook trout in one of the Loyalsock Creek tributaries. The study is being conducted by Penn State and Susquehanna universities to monitor stream travel, creek temperature and other data that will be available from the monitors surgically implanted in the fish.
