Staff and students at Red Rock Job Corps Center on Friday participated in “Pink Out” Day by purchasing writbands so they could dress down. The proceeds will benefit breast cancer awareness. Additionally, staff held a bake sale, with another scheduled for October 26, and Auto Collision Repair students are conducting a month long car wash and detailing event for staff members to assist with the rund-raiser. The staff and students also participated in a breast cancer awareness “pink” ribbon photo, which was measured and staked out by math students of Mr. Stephen Comly.
