Students and staff from Red Rock Job Corps Center’s Career Prep classes, and Hotel and Hospitality vocation traveled to Pennsylvania’s state Capitol in Harrisburg on October 20 in honor of October 14 being designated, PA Job Corps Day by the House of Representatives. The students toured the Capitol, and were joined for a photograph by State Rep. Tina Pickett, who introduced the resolution, and by State Sen. Gene Yaw. The resolution was passed on October 6.
