Center Staff were invited to tour US Army base, Fort Drum, NY, on Wednesday and Thursday, May 18-19. SFC. Latasha Dyer, Assistant Station Commander, at the Wilkes-Barre Recruiting Station, accompanied CD Kelly King (far left) and CTR Supervisor Georgia Brown (far right). With them is former Red Rock HBI Carpentry graduate, and unit soldier, Pvt. Raheen Houser. While touring the installation, which is the home of the Army’s 10th Mountain Division, the Red Rockers were permitted to board one of the unit’s Black Hawk helicopters and Humvees. The Center was also presented with an appreciation award from the US Army for its support of military service.
