Staff and students, along with neighboring Rickett’s Glen State Park staff completed the Keep America Beautiful Road cleanup on Wednesday, April 13. The group cleaned approximate 5 miles of roadway on Routes 487 and 118 which border both Red Rock and the park. This is what Park Manager Ben Stone had to say, “Just wanted to pass on a note and express my appreciation to you and your students. The Roadway looks great, it is always a pleasure to drive through the park and enjoy its beauty without seeing litter left behind by few. Thanks again and look forward to getting some trees in the ground soon.”
