Red Rock students got more than a hoagie after participating in the Pride Day, Build a Hoagie Competition held last Friday, May 20.To win the competition, each trade team must correctly answer questions at a number of stations prior to receiving their hoagie ingredients. The questions are relevant to Center and Job Corps policies and rules. Once the ingredients are obtained, the team’s builders may begin putting the hoagie together. The first team to complete their hoagie is the winner, and so forth. This event’s winner was one of the Auto Collision Repair teams, the second place was also won by Auto Collision Repair’s second team, and third place was HBI Plumbing.
