To commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month, Victoria Woodward, the Center’s crisis counselor, is working with students to alleviate negative thoughts and focus more on the positive. During the lunch hours on Tuesday, May 10, Ms. Woodward was in the cafeteria handing out “Personal Medicine” information that can be used as a tool to assist with negative thinking and how certain situations can be put into perspective. Center Crisis Counselor Victoria Woodward (seated) and Wellness Center nurse, Jennifer Bonk encourage students to write down their success stories while in the dining hall on Tuesday, May 10.
