Recently the TGI Fridays restaurant in Wilkes-Barre hired four Red Rock students, thanks to their Boone Dorm Supervisor Jeff Calaide. The students have been working regularly, and are excited for the extra paycheck. Kitchen Manager Tom Salt said that the students are hard workers, and the entire restaurant staff is supportive of their coworkers from Red Rock. Also, two students are working in other locations including, the Rickett’s Glen Hotel in Sweetwater, PA; and Quaker Steak and Lube in Bloomsburg, PA.
