A number of Red Rock staff wearing two different shoes on Tuesday, May 3 to participate in National Two Different Colored Shoes Day. Dr. Arlene Kaiser created what has become known as Two Different Colored Shoes Day: a day for everyone to appreciate how diverse we all are by wearing shoes of different colors. National Two Different Colored Shoes Day® is a day set aside to recognize and celebrate the uniqueness and diversity of humanity. Where the simple and lighthearted act of purposely wearing two different colored shoes demonstrates the courage to “take a risk” and step outside of one’s daily routine.
