Potomac Job Corps’ Ground Hog Day program began with a big bang.  Students began the annual project by shadowing  Forest Heights municipality on January 30^th .  Students from four trades assisted the Forest Heigths Police Department and Mayor Goodall in daily tasks.  Eight students reviewed plans for a new green project, surveyed structure stability of the administrative building and observed a community watershed project in the town of Forest Heights.
