Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce to you Robert L Willis III. Robert has been with PJC for a few short weeks and has already hit the ground running during an admittedly complicated time. Robert was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and attended Hampton University. After college, he was selected to serve in the Peace Corps, where Robert served in Koungheul, Senegal, in West Africa, for a year and a half before Covid indefinitely paused the Peace Corps program. After his service concluded, Robert moved to Washington D.C. to work as a Diversity Director for a sales program, where he improved company demographics to competitive industry standards.
In Roberts’s short tenure, he has grown tremendously passionate about Job Corps, Job Corps’ mission, and the success of the students we serve. However, Robert is passionate about many other things too. Robert has been involved in combat sports for a little under ten years. Robert is also passionate about rock climbing, hiking, camping, and water sports. Robert is also a professional Videographer, who focuses primarily on fashion videography, commercial shooting, and film production.
Please join me in Welcoming Robert Willis to the Job Corps family.
