Potomac Job Corps Center held the Workforce Council Meeting on Thursday June 18, 2020 at 11:30 AM. The meeting was organized to help promote student achievement academically and student industry training. The meeting was informative in understanding how the Washington DC region agencies and industry leaders help play a “big” part of students outlook on industry needs and values. Potomac Job Corps would like to invite everyone to the Workforce Council meetings not just in Washington DC., but all across the nation. “Maybe, one day that will come to fruition.” However, the meeting gave staff and council members a better understanding of building relationships and also testing industry trends.
