Potomac Job Corps Center wants to continue working and supporting community members. For the past 8 to 9 months Potomac has strategically focused on connecting with community members across the city. Despite the pandemic agencies and businesses are all in need of support from each other in one way or the other. Virtual meetings have become the norm for us all. The center has been able to keep engagement with many across the city through webinars, conference, calls, social, media, and email. The goal for PJCC is to continue influencing young adults with relevant skills needed to become independent and employable to help prepare them for success. Potomac will continue to prepare students by practicing social distancing and distance learning to enhance career development support.
