Potomac Recreation Department National Impaired Driving Prevention Month. Students and staff were informed since 1981, every president of the United States has demonstrated the commitment to preventing impaired driving by proclaiming December as National Drunk & Drugged Driving Prevention Month or, more recently, National Impaired Driving Prevention Month. Potomac staff want to ensure everyone takes care of themselves and others around them.
